By participating in the Polyaire Installer Rewards Program/s you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
a. The promoter is Polyaire Pty Ltd ABN 82 007 673 690 of 11-13 White Road, Gepps Cross, SA 5095.
b. Rewards can either be an Instant Online Redemption by uploading an invoice showing a promoted item at a promotional price or can be from an Accumulation of Polyaire Points used to redeem a chosen item listed on rewards.polyaire.com.au
c. Instant Online Redemption promotions will have separate terms and conditions you need to review via the redemption page when it is made available at rewards.polyaire.com.au
2. Eligibility
a. All promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years of older.
b. Accumulation of Polyaire Points is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who have a trade account with Polyaire Pty Ltd and:
i. Hold a current ABN
ii. Are accredited air conditioning installers or electricians with appropriate trade licenses
iii. Have registered for the promotion with their Polyaire account number at rewards.polyaire.com.au
3. Terms of Accumulation of Polyaire Points Promotion
a. By registering at rewards.polyaire.com.au for the Accumulation of Polyaire Points “Polyaire Points” Rewards Program you agree
i. To receive promotional material from Polyaire.
ii. Polyaire Points are given when you buy an eligible item or package at a promotional price from Polyaire Pty Ltd.
iii. Your points may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
iv. Points are only acquired for purchases made after you register at rewards.polyaire.com.au for the Polyaire Points promotion.
v. Polyaire Points have no monetary value, the value of a Polyaire Point is at the sole discretion of Polyaire Pty Ltd.
vi. Polyaire Pty Ltd’s decision about how many Polyaire Points you are eligible for, any adjustment to the balance of your Polyaire Points Account and what items you redeem Polyaire Points for is final.
vii. Polyaire Pty Ltd reserves the right to end the Polyaire Points promotion at any time without notice.
viii. Polyaire Pty Ltd can delete your Polyaire Points account at anytime, and ban any user from access at any time.
ix. No Polyaire Points can be redeemed when your Polyaire Pty Ltd trade account is not paid in full.
x. No Polyaire Points can be transferred to another user.
xi. No items that Polyaire Points have been used to acquire can be exchanged for cash or Polyaire trade account credit.
xii. Polyaire reserves the right to change the amount of points required to redeem a specific item at any time without notice.
xiii. All items available for redemption on rewards.polyaire.com.au are subject supplier availability and can be cancelled or substituted after redemption.
xiv. All redeemed items must be collected from a Polyaire Pty Ltd nominated branch, or delivered at your cost.
b. Promotional Periods and Expiry of Points
i. Polyaire Points can only be earned during the nominated Promotional Periods.
ii. Polyaire Points gained during the Promotional Period in each region or state in Australia are subject to expiry if not redeemed by a certain date.
iii. Current Promotional Periods and Expiry Dates are:
South Australia: July 1 2023 to June 30 2024 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by July 31 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
Western Australia: July 1 2023 to June 30 2024 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by July 31 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
Victoria: October 1 2023 to June 30 2024 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by July 31 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
Australian Capital Territory: October 1 2023 to June 30 2024 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by July 31 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
New South Wales: January 9 2023 to December 31 2023 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by February 28 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
Queensland: January 9 2023 to December 31 2023 with points earned during this period needing to be redeemed on this website by February 28 2024 or they will expire unless another arrangement is made in writing with Polyaire.
iv. Polyaire reserves the right to change Promotional Periods and/or Expiry Dates at anytime without notice.
4. Warranties and Liability
a. All warranties of any items given in a Polyaire Pty Ltd promotion are the responsibility of the supplier.
b. All liability of any promotional giveaway is transferred to the recipient when it is handed over. Polyaire Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of acquiring, using, gifting, selling, storing or anything else to do with a promotional item. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify or purport to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“NonExcludable Guarantees”).
c. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Polyaire Pty Ltd (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to the following:
i. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Polyaire Pty Ltd’s control)
ii. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference
iii. any tax liability incurred;
iv. the use or enjoyment of a Reward.
